The fence is manufactured in standard modules of 2.5m or 5m lengths ready to be assembled. It is available in green or black. Due to its flexibility it is easy to adjust a fence to the required size or to relocate posts in order to achieve the desired shape.. Assembly is very easy and only requires a drill to install the anchorages every 1.25m to fix the bases. Onto these mount the posts and regulate the vertical position prior to tensioning the mesh. It is easy to dismantle for storage or to relocate.
The structure is manufactured from anodised aluminium which is powder coated and the bases are cast aluminium. The mesh is a UV resistant plastic coated polyester and is therefore strong and durable.
Posts comprise fixed anchorages hidden in the ground and into these are located the bases with a mechanism allowing vertical adjustment. On to these the posts are inserted resulting in a simple perfect installation even on rough or uneven ground. With the fence assembled it is possible to regulate the vertical position of the posts thus achieving perfect alignment. Crossbars, powder coated aluminium profile, joining each post with another and holding the mesh lengthwise. They give strength and security to the barrier and a perfect finish.
The joining pieces of the crossbars with the posts are groups of plastic unions which articulate thus enabling the line of the fence to change direction. This piece has the additional function of achieving a perfect tensioned mesh by sliding up or down and fixed in place with a screw when the correct tension is achieved. Mesh is pre attached to each post ready to be linked to the next module.
The access gate is manufactured from anodised aluminium profiles. This system incorporates a joining piece in each corner of the gate, which regulates all of the problems, related to the adjustment of the tensioning of the mesh. This system is very convenient for the positioning of hinges and the locking system assuring an easy installation and a quality finish. A locking system on the gate makes it completely inaccessible for young children but at the same time is easy and convenient for adults.
It comes with a key to lock and secure the enclosure.The gate has a self-closing mechanism which operates in any open position as stated in NF P 90-306.
